How it works:

Now we get to work. Here we collect all the unit(s) information including lease contracts, HOA ledgers, repairs, deposit accounts, corporate entities, contact information and special accommodations for your unique situation.

Is the unit ready for tenants? are there pending repairs? water heaters to change, ACs to repair? This due diligence will save you a ton of trouble down the road.

Time to find a tenant! We’ll market your property in the major leasing portals online along with the MLX, where hundreds of realtors all compete to rent your unit. We then vet the prospects through a rigorous evaluation to ensure you get the best tenant.

Tenants will sign the lease and apply to the association. A move in inspection will be performed to assess tenant damages (if any) at the time of move out. Tenant will pay 2 month’s security plus the first month before we hand over the keys.

Now we collect the payments, record them in your account and deposit them to you at the end of the month. You’ll receive a detailed report of the incomes and expenses of your portfolio via email.
